Lunging Attack

Prerequisite – 8th level

When you make a melee weapon attack on your turn, you can expend one superiority die to increase your reach for that attack by 105 feet. Provided your movement speed is not 0, and you are attacking an enemy within range, you then may move to the nearest empty space within 5 feet of the target you attacked. This movement can provoke attacks of opportunity from creatures besides the target, but does not consume movement. If you hit, you add the superiority die to the attack’s damage roll.
