Chad’s Rad Disk

Chad’s Rad Disk

2nd Level Conjuration

Casting Time: 1 Action

Range: Self

Components: VSM (a shell pendant)

Duration: Concentration, up to 10 Minutes

You summon a frozen disk under your feet that is lifted and propelled by magical jets of water. While the spell is active, your movement speed is increased by 10ft, and you may move through creatures less than or equal to your size. You may move over water or ice as if it was solid ground with no movement penalty. When moving through an enemy’s space for the first time on each of your turns, they must make a Strength saving throw or be caught in the undertow. On a failed save, the creature takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage and moves with you, and at the end of your movement, it is placed into an unoccupied space within 5ft of you. On a successful save, they take half that damage and are not moved.

A creature who failed their save stops being dragged by this spell when you would leave the ground, cross unstable terrain which cannot support the creature’s weight, or would enter a space the creature would need to squeeze to enter.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell at 3rd level or higher, your movement bonus increases by 5ft and the damage increases by 1d6 at 3rd Level (15ft)(3d6), 5th Level (20ft)(4d6), 7th Level (25ft)(5d6), and 9th Level (30ft)(6d6)
